creates a customized staffing plan that details specific employment
recruitment, screening, testing, and job skill matching procedures designed for
each client. The plan is documented and sent back to the client for review and
sign-off and entered into ClientMATCH. All new job orders are carefully
profiled and entered into ClientMATCH. As a service for contingency staffing,
AO staffing managers carefully scrutinize available candidates and respond back
with a search status within 30 minutes.
